Job summary

ProActive Work Health Services is seeking an X-Ray Technician to support occupational health clinics in Garden Grove, CA. The role focuses on timely, high-quality imaging, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Limited Scope / Basic / LMRT / NCT Radiologic Technology program.
• Active state licensure (as applicable).
• Experience in occupational health, urgent care, or industrial medicine preferred.
• Working knowledge of digital radiography systems.
• BLS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiological procedures with safety and comfort.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs as ordered.
• Maintain a repeat rate of 2% or less through proper positioning, exposure technique, and equipment handling.
• Follow all radiation safety standards, ALARA principles, and clinic protocols.
• Accurately document imaging procedures in the EMR system and assist with workflow.
