• Ensure ACOTE accreditation standards and institutional policies are met.
• Supervise and mentor faculty, facilitating faculty development.
• Foster an inclusive environment for students and support their academic and professional growth.
• Oversee recruitment, admission, and retention to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop partnerships with healthcare facilities and organizations for clinical education opportunities.
• Manage program budget, resources, and operational planning.
