The role ensures rigor in instruction, assessment, and content delivery while managing fieldwork educator assignments, student placements, and program administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
• New Jersey license required.
• OT certification.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to meet with students and prospects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach as Associate Professor in the Occupational Therapy program and ensure course-level rigor.
• Coordinate fieldwork experiences and site placements for students.
• Oversee fieldwork educators and student placements.
• Provide Open Skills Lab sessions (minimum 2 hours) to support teaching and learning.
• Oversee all administrative functions of the Occupational Therapy Program.
