Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services. The role offers a competitive flat rate of $90 per visit plus mileage reimbursement, allowing for flexibility and meaningful work in clients’ homes.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, an active Massachusetts license, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health. Join us to make a difference in the lives of those we serve!

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations in a home setting.
• Create and deliver personalized treatment plans to improve daily living skills.
• Help clients enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional independence.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies and goals.
• Document visits and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
