Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their home health team. This position offers a competitive flat rate of $90 per visit plus mileage reimbursement. The OT will perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance clients’ independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in home health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations at clients’ homes.
• Create and deliver personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate improvement in clients' independence across physical, cognitive, and emotional domains.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies.
• Document visits accurately and update care plans as required.
• Ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
