Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services. In this role, you will conduct evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans to support client independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately document visits and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (accredited program)
