BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for home health. You'll perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and support client independence while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies and progress goals
• Accurately document visits and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (accredited program)
• Active Massachusetts OT license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
