Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required by ISDE-recognized regional accrediting body.
• At least 1 year teaching at college/university level at Instructor rank.
• At least 2 years clinical experience in course content area.
• Distance learning experience preferred.
• Scholarship activity experience preferred.
• Experience with adults/older adults and hand therapy preferred.
• Licensure or license-eligibility required to teach.

Responsibilities

• Teaching: provide student-centered learning through best practice teaching activities.
• Scholarship: engage in scholarship to advance knowledge.
• Service: participate in programmatic and university committees and professional associations.
• Administration: perform course coordination, advise students, and support governance.
• Professionalism: model professional ethics and uphold university values.
• Other duties as assigned by the Academic Program Director.
