Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our Denver, Colorado team. This split-site, part-time permanent position supports both The Courtyards at Mountain View and Juniper Village Aurora, with a 30-hour work week and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team
• Willingness to provide coverage at Juniper Village Aurora as part of the position

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on each resident's functional needs and goals
• Assist residents with improving independence in activities of daily living
• Provide therapeutic activities designed to support strength, coordination, mobility, balance, and functional performance
• Monitor resident progress and communicate observations with the supervising OT and care team
• Document treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately and timely
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and adaptive techniques
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Provide services at both The Courtyards at Mountain View and Juniper Village Aurora as assigned
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for residents
