Mapleton Care in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. The OTA will work under an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services for geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices as directed.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising OT.
