Powerback Rehab in Clovis, NM is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) for the St Anthony Health Center and Rehab location. This role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaborative growth within a supportive team.

You will implement OT programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapeutic treatments to help patients regain independence. You’ll work with therapists and other staff to coordinate care and advocate for the wellbeing of residents.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed or eligible for state licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient-centered care and compassionate service.
