Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an on-site position in Eastland, TX. You will provide occupational therapy services under supervision and assist patients in developing and restoring functional independence.

Responsibilities include implementing OT plan of care, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and communicating status to the supervising OT while adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions per OT plan of care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient and family education.
• Communicate patient status to supervising OT.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.
