Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team in Downers Grove, Illinois. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be part of a growing team and help implement individualized treatment plans.

You will assist patients through all phases of occupational therapy, document responses to treatments, and maintain open communication with the supervising OT, rehab director, and facility staff to ensure quality care

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment with excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs with supervision.
• Assist patients through all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the supervising OT, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
