Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified occupational therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will help implement individualized care plans and support patients in achieving functional goals.

You will participate in treatment planning, execute therapy techniques, and communicate with the OT, Rehab Director, and staff to ensure smooth patient progress and quality care across all visits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives quality treatment with excellent functional outcomes.
• With OT, develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients through all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and document conditions and responses after visits.
• Maintain continuous communication with OT, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply standard occupational therapy equipment.
