Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by OTs.

You will help develop and implement treatment programs, assist with all phases of OT, discuss progress with patients, and maintain charts after visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
