Job summary

Pure Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality OT services in post-acute settings, evaluating and treating patients while guiding Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. You will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, adherence to regulatory standards, and active participation in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the applicable state.
• Experience with inpatient/outpatient rehab settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Evaluate and treat patients and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Develop and implement care plans and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, progress notes, and discharges.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality of care.
• Monitor equipment needs and contribute to care plan adjustments.
• Attend in-service trainings and uphold compliance standards.
