The Benjamin Healthcare Center LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, PRN to support our rehabilitation programs. You will work closely with licensed OTs to design and implement personalized treatment plans to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

This PRN role offers flexible hours including weekends and holidays, with emphasis on helping patients regain independence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment goals and develop individualized plans
• Implementing occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and independence
• Collaborating with the occupational therapy team to ensure seamless communication and implementation of treatment plans
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
• Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to support independent living and long-term recovery
