Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Garden View Health and Rehabilitation Center in Vero Beach, FL. The role emphasizes flexibility with strong supervision by experienced therapists to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
