Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Starke, FL. This PRN role offers daytime shifts and the opportunity to adapt your schedule around your life while delivering quality patient care alongside experienced OT clinicians.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home programs and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
