Job summary

Aurora Health and Rehab in Rolla, MO is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN position. You will join an in-house therapy team and support OT-directed treatment plans across orthopedic, neurological, short-term, and long-term care cases.

You will document patient progress, use current equipment, and collaborate with therapists to achieve functional independence. Missouri licensure is required or eligibility; SNF experience is a plus.

Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Rolla, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients' functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

What You’ll Need
