Job summary

AURORA HEALTH AND REHAB in Rolla, MO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat a diverse caseload across orthopedic, neurological, short-term and long-term care settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an in-house therapy team, document care per SNF standards, and use current equipment and modalities. Missouri license required; SNF experience a plus, new grads encouraged.

Qualifications

• Missouri OT license or eligibility is required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Responsibilities

Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Rolla, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

What You’ll Need
