Job summary

Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an in-house therapy program in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This per diem role offers flexibility and a chance to contribute to high-quality patient care.

Under OT supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans, document regulatory requirements, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification (state may require).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
