Rehab Alliance is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a per diem basis to join our growing team in SNF and long-term care settings. We offer competitive pay, a collaborative environment, and strong clinical education to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification required by state (if required).
• Current COTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current.
