Enhance Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem for Rehab Advisors' in-house therapy program, within a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. You will deliver high-quality care under OT supervision and support focused patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
