Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant with state board.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care for data input.
• Ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and record daily treatment notes.
• Record weekly progress notes and recertification documentation per board requirements.
• Assist in training Restorative Aides and communicate patient progress to the supervisor.
• Participate in in-services and discharge planning, and maintain treatment area.
• Instruct families or nursing staff in maintenance and caregiver training for discharge.
