Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation. Under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic activities in a home health setting.

You will document sessions, monitor progress, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and safe,
