Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy Assistant role in skilled nursing/post-acute facility.
• Licensed OTA in Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services within a homey facility with an interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement programs for cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs, dining and return-to-home.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff, with access to ongoing training and career development.
