Job summary

AVIR AT Rosenberg, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking a licensed therapist to join our in-house therapy team. This role offers a comfortable, homey environment with a strong interdisciplinary team and opportunities to develop cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs, dining, and return-to-home programs.

We provide ongoing training, career development, and opportunities for growth within Vital Therapy's Texas network.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in Texas required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to develop cognition and ADL programs.

Responsibilities

• Create programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs and dining.
• Deliver high-quality in-house therapy with an interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement patient-specific care plans and goals.
