Job summary

Vital Therapy, through AVIR AT Rosenberg in Rosenberg, TX, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will deliver patient-centered OT care in a warm, team-focused facility with diverse case load.

You will contribute to cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs, dining, and return-to-home programs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to elevate care quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license required.

AVIR AT Rosenberg, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This is a comfortable and homey facility with a great interdisciplinary team in place. We seek a therapist who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
