Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Edison Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 222 West Edison Avenue, New Castle, PA 16101. This full-time role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for flexible pay options.

You will support residents in regaining function within a SNF setting and collaborate with the OT and DOR to achieve therapy goals. Required: Associate’s Degree, OTA license, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Current and valid OTA license in the state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintaining the achieved level of function after discharge through education and independent exercise.
• Work under the supervision of the OT and Director of Rehabilitation to meet therapy goals.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification, under the supervision of the OT and DOR.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.

• Must hold a current and valid license granted from the state of employment.

• Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Shift & Wage:
