Saber Health Group in New Castle, PA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to help returning residents to optimal function in a SNF setting. You will work under the supervision of the OT and DOR to educate patients and support discharge goals, using concise documentation and collaborative care.

Full-time position with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and benefits package, including daily pay options,health coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid OTA license from the state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification, under the supervision of the OT and DOR.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid license granted from the state of employment.
• Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
