Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Lima, Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. The OTA will assist in developing and executing treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OTA licensure or certification.
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients’ responses.
