Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 30 days of hire: Medicare National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
• 2 years specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy modalities and treatments as determined by a treatment plan established by an Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality patient care in accordance with hospital and departmental policies.
• Operate under the supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the therapist responsible for a specific patient's care.
