Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients get well by implementing therapy programs, following recovery plans, and delivering targeted treatments in an in‑facility setting.

You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a compassionate team. Powerback offers mentorship for new grads, free CEUs, visa sponsorships, relocation assistance, and growth paths across the U.S. to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and promote independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to ensure comprehensive care.

Education

Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA/ACOTE)

NBCOT certificate

Licensed or eligible for licensure in state of practice
