Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the supervision of an occupational therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will assist with all phases of occupational therapy, document patient progress, and communicate with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• OTA candidate with ability to work under OT supervision.
• Experience in recording patient conditions and responses to treatments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
