Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a COTA Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. This position includes providing direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients following physician referrals, supervised by a licensed OT.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant accredited qualification and NBCOT certification. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, charting effectively, and exhibiting excellent customer service in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be NBCOT certified upon hire.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans under the supervising OT.
• Chart appropriately and utilize therapy software.
• Assist in evacuation of patients.
