Job summary

The Life Care Center Nashoba Valley is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a PRN hourly role. You will provide direct occupational therapy under the supervision of an OT, following applicable laws and Life Care standards.

Requirements include NBCOT certification (upon hire), an active state license, ASOT degree, CPR certification, and willingness to participate in mentorship and ongoing education. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT)
• Current active state license in good standing
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans under OT supervision
• Chart appropriately and timely
• Utilize therapy software and documentation
• Demonstrate good customer service and professional attitude
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain safety and proper body mechanics
• Follow Life Care policies and code of conduct
