Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our therapist-led network across Wisconsin. Positions are full-time, daytime, at Lancaster Health Services in Lancaster and Mineral Point Health Services in Mineral Point.

Successful candidates will hold an associate degree, a valid Wisconsin COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of prior experience preferred and the ability to implement treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires state COTA license and NBCOT certification.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities
