Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Farmington, MN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care by implementing treatment plans under OT supervision, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
