Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapist-led growth. This full-time daytime role offers a $5K sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits at Fredericksburg Health and Rehab.

You’ll work under supervision of an OT to implement plans, educate patients, and contribute to positive patient outcomes. US-based applicants with an OTA credential, valid COTA license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience preferred are

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
