Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Medina, Ohio team. The role supports a therapist-led approach with 20-25 hours per week, daytime schedule at Champion Creek location in Medina.

The candidate will implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs under OT supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have NBCOT certification and an active state COTA license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under OT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
