Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time role in Odin, IL. Join a skilled nursing and long-term care setting with strong clinical education support and opportunities for growth.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, maintain regulatory documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
