Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT COTA certification if required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
