Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to achieve functional goals.

This role requires an active COTA license, NBCOT as applicable, and strong communication and organizational abilities. We offer competitive pay, education support, and growth opportunities within Enhance Therapies family.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
