Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Full-Time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, implement care plans, collaborate with the team, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA may be required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
