Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Compensation is $25.00 - $32.00/hour with comprehensive benefits.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the team to achieve meaningful resident outcomes. We support professional growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification or eligibility per state.
• Current COTA license in practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
