Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will deliver OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• NBCOT certification as a COTA is required by state
• Current state license as a COTA

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Obtain and update all physician orders
