Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team in a full-time SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT and help implement personalized care plans focused on functional goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (must be met).
• NBCOT-COTA certification or eligibility as required by state regulations.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
