Qualifications

Responsibilities
Treat patients according to the treatment plan developed by the Occupational Therapist.
Communicate patient progress and plans with the Occupational Therapist, family and facility staff.
Participate in Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
Record treatment notes, progress notes and daily billing of services.
Instruct families and nursing staff on maintenance programs.
