You will support the Occupational Therapist with new patients, assess needs, and create personalized treatment plans to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• OT: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with NBCOT certification.
• OTA: Associate’s degree in OTA with NBCOT certification.
• Alaska state licensure or eligibility.
• Passion for helping clients achieve goals.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients for the first time in their occupational journey and answer introductory questions.
• Assist in implementing the treatment plan and adjust as needed for successful outcomes.
• Maintain excellent records of patient needs, care, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and patients to ensure they have knowledge and tools for success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
• OTA applicants will assist the OT in providing therapy services.
